I used this phone for 2 years and I loved it but I had to get a battery because it was acting weird like turning itself off. So now I have a LG Octane and it has a better megapixel camera.

I have had this phone for over a year, and I am on my third one! I'm having issues with the touch screen not responding. After it starts working my phone will freeze up, start flashing and shut off. The only way it turns back on is to plug it and fully charge it. My first two phones did all the above and much much more.

Loved this phone when I first got it. I have read many reviews talking about problems with it shutting off and the screen going blank. But mine was fine. Well, I thought it was. About 3 months ago I started to have all of the above mentioned problems and more. Yesterday alone my phone shut off and re-started over 20 times in about 30 minutes. It will shut off for no reason. It will shut off after I send a text and close the slider. I took it to a verizon tech. She claimed I needed to keep my text and pics cleaned out. I had 57 texts the day that I went in for help. I laughed at her. There is a reason that Motorola stopped manufacturing this phone as quickly as they did. I have promised myself and my husband that as soon as I find a newer more suitable phone. I am literally smashing this piece of junk with a hammer. I am serious. I normally donate all of my old phones to an abused/battered womens shelter. This phone would not help anyone that needs to dial 911. Just junk.

I bought this phone new and loved it. About a year after I got one of the display lights burnt out. My cell phone carrier provided with a replacement, which was refurbished. I am now on my 2nd refurbished phone in 3 months and this one has to be replaced. The touch screen at times is too sensitive and if you breath on it the screen changes. Phone cuts off for no reason, with this phone there is a problem with charger port and all the time it is beeps indicating it is or is not charging. I love this phone am just getting frustrated with the refurbished ones I keep getting.

This phone was amazing when i first got it but then after a couple months this phone started shutting off and the screen kept going white but it would keep working after 4 days that happened it would even turn on i suggest you do not get this phone unless your desperate...battery life is great!!

I have nothing but problems with this phone. It drops almost every call, freezes as I text and has no battery life. In addition Verizon has done nothing to help resolve any problems with the phone telling me I can buy a new one. They have not responded to emails or done anything on my several visits to the store.

I liked the phone initially but now I think it is a complete lemon. It shuts itself off for no reason. It locks up. The screen goes blank. It sometimes takes hours to receive a text message. Sometimes you cannot make a call because the number screen is blank. Definitely has some issues. The battery life is very good though.

I don't suggest getting this phone. I have had nothing but problems with it. I got it about 5 months ago and I'm on my third phone. It shuts itself off all the time and the slider breaks very easy, mine broke 4 months after i got my first one. This is not a very well put together phone. Its been nothing but a big problem from the minute I got the phone. Thumbs down for this one.

It is great! Don't listen to the other reviews cause I bought this phone and this phone is nothing like what they say it is and that's coming from me, a ten year old, seriously.

I love this phone. I am constantly finding new things to do with it. No problems with dropped calls & reception has always been clear. This phone is easy to use & it's fun!!
