Irritated by wireless heat sensing phones providing erratic messages and wasting time, I finally purchased the Gusto and love it. I have a large hand but find the keys to be easily accessible, the common sense commands to be straightforward and user friendly, the storage to be excellent and the reliability 20 times higher than the heat sensing pads used in my other two phones. I give it 5 stars.
