This phone is junk. I tried to get my son to get the iPhone but he wanted this one. The touch screen became slow after 6 months. The ear speaker stopped working after 11 months my son told me this one week after it was out of warranty. ATT would do nothing about the phone. Whatever happened to standing behind a product? A two year contract with a phone that works for a year sounds like scam. ATT offered a free upgrade to purchase him a new phone. Their are a lot of providers out there offering great deals for new customers. Why won't ATT offer me something for my 4 plus years of loyalty?

Okay, so I got this phone, my first phone ever, and after a bit less than a year, the screen went out and whenever I would lock it there would be this little bar of color. It basically sucked, but AT&T gave me a new one (same phone) and now sometimes the buttons don't work, the call end button never does, I have to keep pushing the go back button and most times the screen doesn't respond and it turns off at random times at which the goodbye display menu will not go off for hours until the battery goes off. I cannot wait to switch to verizon, this phone is a dump DO NOT BUY!!

I've only had this phone for about a year now, so I only have a little under a year left on my contract. But about what? 5 months ago, I had to get it replaced because my entire screen went out (plus I couldn't call out to anyone, my screen would go black and I would have to remove the battery, not fun by the way) and it's already having the same problem, the battery life is really the only good thing about it, if it wasn't so glitchy and pathetically short lived I would love it.

Best phone ever. I love the battery, it lasts for 3 days and I text constantly. Takes the greatest pictures. It was a little hard to learn my way around but overall a great phone.
